The Group has acquired the entire equity interest in ‘Golden Jade Asset Management Limited. It is a licensed corporation to carry out Type 9 regulated activates. Acquiring GJAM is in line with the Group’s strategy of providing one-stop financial services to its customers, facilitates the Group to engage in the asset management business.

Following the establishment of capital market connection between mainland China and Hong Kong, and the ongoing optimization of policies on asset management industry in Hong Kong, we believe there is tremendous growth potential in the asset management market in Hong Kong.

Golden Jade Asset Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wonderful Sky Financial Group, is an SFC licensed corporation to carry out Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities. The acquisition of Golden Jade Asset Management is in line with the Group’s strategy of providing one-stop financial services to clients, creating synergies in the Group’s overall businesses.
