In 2018, Wonderful Sky Financial Group has established a joint venture company, Ming An Insurance Service Company (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Ming An Insurance Service”), with China Taiping Insurance (HK) Company Limited, to provide listed and to-be-listed companies with statutory and commercial insurance services.

With a view to satisfying comprehensive requirements of enterprise clients, Ming An Insurance Service provides general statutory and customized commercial insurance services covering Employee Group Medical Insurance, Individual High-end Medical Insurance, Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Public Offering of Securities Insurance Expatriate Overseas Medical and Life Insurance, International Roadshow Officers Life Insurance, etc.

An effective management on potential risks is conducive for enterprises in their decision-making process, asset protection and operation target realization. As an instrument to address and transfer risks, insurance enables enterprises (the insured) to resume operation as soon as practicable through compensation for economic losses caused to the insured arising from damages as a result of a force majeure event.
